By using our website, placing an order, or signing up for a membership, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please take a moment to read them carefully. If anything is unclear, feel free to get in touch — we’re here to help.

1. About Us

Everprep is owned and operated by Juanita Schwalger, based in Christchurch, New Zealand.
We provide practical tools, guidance, and family-friendly resources for everyday preparedness — with a special focus on meals and home essentials.

2. Use of This Website

By accessing and using this site, you agree to:

Use it for lawful, personal use only
Avoid copying, tampering with, or disrupting the site or its content
Keep your login details secure, if you create an account

You must be 18 or older to place an order or sign up for a membership, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Products and Services

We aim to provide accurate information about all our products and services. Occasionally, there may be errors (e.g. in pricing, stock levels, or descriptions), which we’ll correct as soon as possible. If this affects an order you’ve placed, we’ll contact you directly.

All purchases are protected under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which means you’re entitled to remedies if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

4. Orders and Payment

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

We accept secure online payments through Stripe, a trusted third-party provider. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are sent within 5 working days, with the exception of the Food or Hygiene Boxes which are packed and hand delivered by us on a fortnightly basis - for an exact delivery date please reach out to us by email at everprepnz@gmail.com. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen courier service. Digital purchases are provided immediately.

While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, Everprep is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier providers, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, or pandemic disruptions).

6. Returns and Refunds

Changed your mind? You’re welcome to return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.

7. Membership Accounts

If you sign up for a membership or account, you agree to:

Provide accurate and current information
Keep your login details confidential
Use any paid content only for personal or household use

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any account that violates these terms or appears to be misused.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Everprep website — including articles, downloads, recipes, images, and videos — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share it without permission.

You’re welcome to share links to our free content with others, but please don’t republish or sell it as your own.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do our utmost to provide reliable, accurate, and helpful content. However, Everprep cannot guarantee the site will always be free from errors or interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use (or misuse) of our website, resources, or products — except where required by New Zealand law.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal data you provide will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the UK/EU GDPR, where applicable.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the "Effective Date" above and, where appropriate, notify users via email or a website notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
