Thanks for shopping with Everprep — we’re so glad you’re here!
We know how important it is to receive your orders quickly and safely. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we pack, post, and deliver your items.
1. Where We Ship.
We currently ship [physical products] only throughout New Zealand, and our Food and Hygiene Boxes are only for delivery within Christchurch, and greater Christchurch surrounds (Boundary is = Waikuku Beach - Rangiora - Cust - West Eyreton - West Melton - Rolleston - Lincoln - Tai Tapu - Lyttelton. If you'd like to enquire from further afield you can by emailing everprepnz@gmail.com. Our digital products can be bought from anywhere (global) and will be available for immediate download.
If you’re outside NZ and interested in our products, feel free to get in touch — we may be able to help with international shipping on request.
2. Dispatch Timeframes
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days of payment being received.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
During busy periods (e.g. sales, promotions, or public holidays), dispatch may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.
If you're at all concerned, please contact us immediately and we can give you a better estimate of timeframes.
3. Delivery Timeframes

Urban NZ addresses: 7 working days after order

Digital products: available immediately for download after payment
Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping based on your location:

NZ Standard Shipping: $15

Rural Delivery Surcharge: $5
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners like NZ Post and Aramex to deliver your orders safely and reliably. All parcels are tracked — and we'll send you the tracking link once your parcel has been picked up.
6. Packaging
We take care to pack your order securely and as sustainably as possible. Wherever we can, we use recyclable or compostable packaging.
If you'd like to request minimal packaging or add a gift note, just leave a message in the checkout notes — we’re happy to help!
7. Problems with Delivery
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first. Still no luck? Contact us at everprepnz@gmail.com, and we’ll follow it up for you.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as expected, please let us know within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.
We’re not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, but we’ll do our best to help if something goes astray.
